Curriculum Vitae:Professor Varga K. Kalantarov is currently teaching at Koch University in Istanbul,Turkey. From 1966 to 1971, he studied undergraduate studies at Baku National University inAzerbaijan. He received his Ph.D. from the Baku Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics inAzerbaijanin 1974. He received his Ph.D. in differential equations and mathematical physics at the Steklov Institute of Mathematics in 1988. He is a member of the American Mathematical Society, the Azerbaijan Mathematical Society, and the Turkish Mathematical Society.

Prof. Varga K. Kalantarov has made good research results on partial differential equations, and has also made in-depth research on dynamical systems and ergodic theory, especially regarding the fluid dynamics equations. He has published nearly seventy papers in internationally important academic journals such as J. Differential Equations, Commun. Pure Appl. Anal., J. Math. Fluid Mech., Ann. Henri Poincaré.
