Abstract: Let G be a finite connected undirected graph and \overrightarrow{G}a strong orientation of G.The diameter of

\overrightarrow{G}, denoted by diam (\overrightarrow{G}), is the maximum directed distance between any two vertices of \overrightarrow{G}. The oriented diameter of G is defined as \overrightarrow{diamater}(G)=min{diam( \overrightarrow{G}):\overrightarrow{G} a strong orientation of G}. In this talk, we will discuss the upper bound for the oriented diameter of a maximal outer planar graph G interms of it order.
