Abstract: The scRNA-seq data analysis is one of the most exciting topics in computational biology in recent years, and is currently experiencing a fast developing stage. In this talk I will review some key issues in this field and introduce some recent methods developed by our group, which aims at integrating the data and dynamics in this topic.
